These Terms govern access to the Void Neko website, browser extension, and hosted Cloud service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Void Neko provides translation, page translation, AI-assisted reply drafting, language settings, and optional hosted-model access. Current specialized website integration is focused on VGen. Features may change during early access.
The extension is a review tool. It does not promise that translations or AI drafts are error-free, and it does not send messages on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your device and sessions, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe an account is compromised.
3. Limited license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Void Neko for lawful personal or business communication. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass usage controls, or distribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Void Neko to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, generate deceptive impersonation, bypass platform rules, scrape unauthorized data, attack the service, or evade subscription, usage, and access controls. You remain responsible for messages you choose to send and for compliance with the third-party platform you use.
5. AI-assisted output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Review names, prices, deadlines, licensing terms, and other important details before use. Void Neko does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You retain responsibility for the final content you copy or send.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Every new Cloud account receives a time-limited free trial of Cloud Pro (currently 3 days) after signing in with Google. Trial usage is promotional, has no cash value, and may be adjusted. After the trial, continued use of the managed Cloud service requires a Cloud Pro subscription purchased from the account page.
The exact price, currency, included service, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable refund policy are shown before confirmation. Payments are processed by PayPal. You authorize only the subscription shown at checkout; the client cannot choose or modify server-side plan prices. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Third-party services
Void Neko may interact with Chrome, VGen, Google OAuth, PayPal, infrastructure providers, and AI model providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or account decisions made by a third-party platform.
8. Early access and availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis during early access. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for security risk, abuse, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
